great facilities but minor noise issues
The facilities exceeded my expectations with an outstanding level of cleanliness. The staff ensured a welcoming atmosphere, making check-in and out smooth.
The noise from adjacent rooms disrupted the otherwise pleasant stay.

I really enjoyed my stay, especially when I used the refreshing outdoor pool after a long drive and the cozy leisure room to unwind with some TV. The amenities made it easy to relax and recharge, even though the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times. I’d definitely recommend grabbing some snacks before heading to your room. you won’t regret it! 😊

The spacious King Guest Room had a fridge, which was a nice touch for storing snacks and drinks. The gym offered sufficient equipment like treadmills and free weights, making it easier to keep up with workouts on the road.
The elevator situation was a real pain, especially during peak hours when guests were waiting forever. The shower didn’t drain properly, leading to an unexpected mini pool each time I used it. I also noticed the bathroom could have used a bit more attention during cleaning, which was disappointing for a place that claims to be of a certain standard. Plus, the restaurant's limited menu and inconsistent service could leave guests wanting more, especially when they’re starving after a long day.

Welcoming staff made my stay awesome!
The front desk staff were super friendly. I felt at home right away. The room was clean & comfy, though my view wasn’t anything special. Having a fridge was a nice bonus! The bathroom was a bit tight, but it worked fine. The lobby area had a restaurant where I got to grab a quick bite. I really appreciated the coffee offered for my grandpa!

Highly Recommended for Families Looking for Comfort
Let me tell you about the staff here. They treated us like family, going out of their way to. Everything was sparkling clean when we arrived, not even a stain in sight, and the room was spacious enough for all of us to spread out. You gotta appreciate a hot shower after a long day, and they nailed it. Plus, they had coffee ready for the early risers, which was a lifesaver for me when the mornings came too quick.
Sure it wasn’t cheap, but honestly it was still acceptable for what we got.

I enjoyed the spacious room with two beds and comfy linens. The location was convenient for family outings, but it was disappointing that breakfast was not included. My kids wanted to have breakfast at the hotel. It was frustrating to deal with a closed restaurant on specific days.
